PLEASE NOTE BOOKING BY THE 22ND MARCH IS ESSENTIAL TO INFORM THE TRAINER OF THE NUMBERS ATTENDING THIS UNIQUE EXPERIENCE

Book Now!

This event is a brilliant opportunity to attend training from a leader in his field which will leave you with a greater understanding of how to influence people.

Ben Williams will use a special questionnaire and several unique exercises to allow you to gain a greater understanding of how we really communicate with one another; how we can more accurately understand what makes other people tick; and how we can win their hearts and minds by speaking their language.

The way we communicate with one another reflects our personalities.  Most of the time we use a communication style which suits the way we think - and so do other people!

The questionnaire will help you to discover your own style and that of the people you work with.  The information will be useful to you in helping you to relate to people more effectively, and consequently more likely to influence them.  Even on bad days!!

Techniques for influencing will be demonstrated; applications such as selling your ideas products or services, handling conflict or difficult people, or negotiating will be discussed.

If this sounds like something you or a friend would like to try, why not drop us a line to register for this month's training event?
