Girl Smiling
opening apostrophe All my days are different and require me to utilise a variety of skills. One of the major benefits of my job is that I love the type of business I am now in and the diversity of my role. The job is very hands on and involves working with employees across all areas of the business. I came across the position purely by chance while browsing the website and initially doubted my ability to fulfil such a role. Thankfully, Miriam from GFG persuaded me to attend an interview and Williamsons decided to employ me. Every day presents a fresh challenge and makes going to work a pleasure. closing apostrophe

Time: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Location: Next Generation @ Newhaven, Edinburgh

Event Details:

Personal Leadership

Our graduate training programmes have been offered to the graduate community over the past 7 years, offering a tailored programme to address graduate training needs to compliment business needs.  We continue to improve and keep-up-with, current skill needs to ensure maximum impact is gained for the graduates to transfer their learning into the work place.

This year, we have  revised the training programme with a strong focus on Personal Leadership.  This programme is underpinned with the developing strong communication skills and building rapport throughout the variety of media that we use.

Graduates can expect to have developed their message of communication and will be coached through their personal presentations, which will be delivered in front of the graduate delegates.

To deliver this course, we have Sandy Newbiggins, founder of 'Amazing Now', coach, author('Wisdom without Waffle' and 'You Can Do It') and trainer and Erick Rainey, a certified trainer of NLP and an international award-winning Inspirational Speaker.  He is a life and business coach and focuses on improving Communication and Leadership skills with confidence.  Together, they will inspire and coach graduates to effect enhanced delivery of their message.

The programme will be delivered on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th March 2006 at Next Generation in Newhaven, Edinburgh.  At the end of each day, graduates are free to use the facilities of the gym and spa.
