I found that the unique service Graduates for Growth was able to offer helped our organisation very quickly recruit a graduate. The most beneficial aspect was the contacts Graduates for Growth has with the Universities and the sifting down process. The candidates shortlisted could all have been appointed by us and indeed in the end another one was offered work experience and is now in a permanent officer position.
