1) What is the variety of ways in which you recruit your personnel?
Agency, Adverts, word of mouth and GFG.

2) How do we compare to high street agencies / recruitment services, in terms of:

Fees -  Excellent Value for money.
Services - Very helpful in ensuring an accurate match between prospective candidates and post applied for.
Aftercare - Good although more training for successful graduates should be  available longer after start of employment perhaps 12-18 months and   perhaps a wider range of training options?

3) How would you rate our overall service, (5) being highest rank.

Possibly offer training for longer after employment begins and widen the choices on offer include: report writing, public speaking, confidence building, basic booking keeping etc

6)  Would you use our services again?  Why / Not(?)
Have used GFG twice successfully and encouraged many others to use GFG so would always use GFG again.

7)  Did the graduate settle in quickly?   Yes / No.
Yes

8)   Has the graduate brought new ideas to your company?   Yes / No. 
Not so far but not a vital reason for recruitment in first place

9)  Has the graduate made a noticeable contribution to the growth of your company? Yes/No.
Yes

10)  Has your company benefited financially from employing the graduate?  Yes / No.
Not yet but hopeful this will change soon as confidence grows.

11)  Would you employ another graduate for future skill gaps?
