Agency, Adverts, word of mouth and GFG.
2) How do we compare to high street agencies / recruitment services, in terms of:
Fees - Excellent Value for money.
Services - Very helpful in ensuring an accurate match between prospective candidates and post applied for.
Aftercare - Good although more training for successful graduates should be available longer after start of employment perhaps 12-18 months and perhaps a wider range of training options?

Possibly offer training for longer after employment begins and widen the choices on offer include: report writing, public speaking, confidence building, basic booking keeping etc

Have used GFG twice successfully and encouraged many others to use GFG so would always use GFG again.

Not so far but not a vital reason for recruitment in first place
