Graduates for Growth is part funded by Scottish Enterprise to retain graduate talent in Scotland. We believe graduates embody enthusiasm and ideas, with a proven level of intelligence; they bring added value, represent a sound investment opportunity for enterprising businesses to grow, and add impetus to the SME sector.
GfG have a robust record of recruiting graduates into business, with our strong alliances with Scottish Universities, we find the very best graduate to suit companies.
Our extensive database contains a cross section of graduates, including post graduates, who have all expressed a genuine desire to work in the SME market. Many graduates have already built up substantial amounts of work experience, in conjunction with their studies and some of our mature graduates have up to 20 years work experience behind them.
Once placed we offer a mentor to the graduate free of charge and access to a professional development training programme. This allows for a seamless integration into the workplace through support and encouragement that is sometimes necessary to meet employers' aims and objectives.
